With the many ongoing updates regarding the coronavirus, our office and staff will continue to monitor the news and alert our clients of any necessary changes. At Rooth & Rooth Elder Law Attorneys, we are dedicated to taking the precautions and safety measures needed to protect our clients.

Our office has and will remain open during this pandemic to provide comprehensive elder law services to those who are in need. We’ve taken many steps to keep both our staff and clients safe, including some of the following changes:

– Telephone and video conferences are available as an alternative to in-person meetings

– Conferences and document signings will happen outside at a six-foot table

– All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and doorknobs, are sterilized before and after meetings with clients

– Clients will be offered a souvenir signing pen that they can keep!

– A drop box next to the front door of the office is available for document drop off without coming inside

– New germ guard shields offer protection inside the office conference room and on the reception desk

– Hand sanitizer is available to clients for use before and after conferences

As always, we will continue to follow social distancing guidelines, including frequent hand washing, maintaining social distancing, and requiring that everyone who enters the office wears a face mask. We also ask that clients wear a face mask even if we are meeting them outside.
