To our Clients, Business Associates and Friends of Rooth & Rooth:

As we continue to monitor the news related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to assure you that our office has been and will continue to take every precaution for the safety of our clients and our staff.

We are open. We have the ability to work remotely as needed.

We have initiated procedures including the sterilization of all surfaces throughout the day and before and after each conference, rescheduling appointments for those who are feeling ill and we are refraining from shaking hands and hugging. We have hand sanitizer available and we are encouraging our clients to use it as they enter and leave the office.

Effective immediately we must initiate further precautions. We are encouraging clients to communicate with our office by phone, email or texting. We will do conferences using phone, Zoom, Facetime and Skype. We will continue to “see” clients in this way and we will assist you as needed to set up these electronic appointments.

If you have something to drop off at our office we suggest you email, fax or mail, if at all possible. If it is needed immediately please call our office and arrange a time to drop off. Please do not stop in without an appointment.

If it is necessary for you to come in for an appointment we will follow protocols established by the Center for Disease Control. If you have traveled anywhere, if you have been with a large group of people, if you have any symptoms, if you have been tested for the virus, you will be rescheduled or we will set up the electronic conference. We will do our best to make proper accommodations.

To our clients and families with loved ones in nursing homes, assisted living facilities or independent living where visitors are prohibited we understand your fears and concerns and we will do our best to assist you.
We will update you as this situation continues to evolve.

Thank you and stay healthy.
